Return Policy
At Smokedisco.com we want your experience to be the best possible. So if you are not completely satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Reasons for return
Breakages
If your product has been damaged during shipping, you must inform us within 7 calendar days from delivery. Write to us at info@smokedisco.com, to inform us of any damage (with photos).
We will tell you how to proceed and we will send you a replacement.
Defective item
If you receive a defective item, you must inform us within 7 calendar days from delivery. Write to us at info@smokedisco.com to inform us of any product defects (with photos).
Change of mind
If you want to return an item to us because you are not satisfied with it or you have changed your mind, you must inform us within 15 calendar days from delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Support team at info@smokedisco.com. An item can only be returned once it has been agreed with a member of our team.
All items must be returned in their original sealed packaging, unopened and in good condition (where applicable).
Once the return has been agreed with our incident team, we will provide you with the address to send the product to and you must send the item back to us within a further 14 days free of charge.
If you have requested a refund, upon agreed return of an item, a member of staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above requirements. If approved, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit or via the initial method of payment for the amount of the returned item but not the cost of shipping and the refund if applicable.
